Databases

We offer access to licensed and free specialised databases, including bibliographic databases, factual and fulltext databases. You can search these databases for articles, e-books, data, figures, maps etc.

Most databases are licensed products. The staff of GFZ, PIK, AWI and RIFS have access to all our electronic resources and subscriptions via VPN from off campus.

Please contact the library or the IT-Service of your instution for technical support.

Database Information System (DBIS)

DBIS is a register for subject related databases within your discipline. You will find free databases, our licensed products and databases we don't have a license for. These can be searched by subject or alphabetically sorted.

More information on our DBIS website (German only)
